Ready for an Epic Adventure? Please follow these simple steps.
1. Reserve your spot as soon as possible. Fill out a 2012 Epic Sierra Application. Send in your application and pay your deposit (early bird
price valid until April 30th). Pay securely online on the American River Conservancy website. Group sizes are small and space is limited.
2. Upon receipt of application and deposit, we will conduct a phone interview with the applicant to gauge interest and review our expectations and behavior policies. Hard copies of policies available upon request.
3. When eligibility is determined, we will send documents regarding medical information and a liability waiver.
4. You’re almost there. When we receive these documents, we will send you a confirmation letter and additional trip details. You are enrolled and ready to go. See you soon!
